What are Unity Tickets?
Unity tickets are discounted tickets for the Highfield Festival. Festival passes are available at a reduced price of 40€, day passes for 30€, and camping passes (Regular Camping and Grüner Wohnen) for 10€.

Who is eligible to apply for a Unity Ticket?
The Unity Ticket offer is intended for individuals receiving government benefits under specific legal regulations. These include benefits according to SGB II (Citizen's Allowance / basic income support for jobseekers), SGB VIII (maintenance support from the youth welfare office under § 39 section 1), SGB XII (basic income support for the elderly, assistance for living expenses), and the Asylum Seekers Benefits Act (AsylbLG). Proof of eligibility must be uploaded during registration.

How can I apply?
Here you will find the link to the registration form. The form is available until July 31st. Please complete the form in full and submit it.

What if I missed the application period?
Unfortunately, applications cannot be considered after the specified application period has ended. If an additional allocation of Unity Tickets becomes available at a later date, the form will be reopened and we will inform you through our communication channels.

Which tickets can I apply for?
Festival passes are available at the reduced price of 40€ and day passes for 30€. From 2026 onwards, festival passes and camping passes will be sold separately. This means that a discounted festival pass can be combined with a camping pass (Regular Camping or Grüner Wohnen) for 10€. Only the ticket categories selectable in the form are available at the discounted rate. Additional products must be purchased separately via the ticket shop at the regular price.

How many tickets can I apply for?
Each person can purchase only one ticket. The tickets are personalized and therefore non-transferable.

What happens after I submit my application?
After submitting your application, we will review it and get back to you within 5 business days. Please refrain from requesting status updates during the review process so we can process all applications as quickly as possible.

How do I get my ticket?
After confirmation, you will receive a voucher as a PDF by email to the address you provided in the weeks leading up to the festival. On site, you must present this voucher together with a valid ID, pay the discounted ticket price, and will then receive your festival wristband.

I get sick or can’t come after all – can I transfer the ticket to someone else?
Unfortunately, a transfer is not possible, as the ticket is personalized and must be redeemed on site together with a valid ID.

How long will my data and proof of eligibility be stored?
Your information and proof of eligibility will be used solely for the purpose of reviewing your application. We will delete all data at any time upon your request, but at the latest after the expiration of the legally required retention periods.

Can I blur or redact sensitive information on the notice?
You are welcome to blur or redact sensitive information such as your income. However, the following details must remain clearly visible: your name and date of birth or registration address, the type of benefit you receive, and the period during which you are receiving it.

Can I combine the Unity Ticket with the Special Needs offer?
Yes, that’s possible. Please remember to complete the Special Needs registration form in addition to the Unity Ticket application so that we can accommodate your needs accordingly.

What is included with the ticket?
The Unity Ticket includes the same services as a regular festival or day pass. Please note that travel must be arranged independently. Camping is only possible with a camping pass, which can be selected additionally during registration. You must bring your own camping equipment.

What happens if more applications are received than tickets are available?
Unity Tickets are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Currently, 100 festival passes and 100 camping passes (Regular or Green Living) are available, as well as 50 day passes per festival day.
