This summer, Handbrotzeit will once again let the cheese melt and the hungry festival-goer recharge their batteries. Meanwhile, the filled Handbrotzeit hand breads have become a festival classic.  The classics filled with cheese & ham or cheese mushroom have been at home at the festivals for almost 10 years. The new vegetarian specials will complement the classics at various festivals this year.

Our hand breads are prepared directly on site and then baked in a wood-fired oven. The golden brown crust of the wheat dough encases the hearty filling and melt-in-the-mouth Gouda. The topping is vegetarian cream and fresh chives on each piece. Handmade and from hand to mouth, all you need is a napkin. Let it taste good!

The Handbrottzeit team is a mixture of experienced enthusiasts, as well as young and creative comrades-in-arms, who want to experience a brilliant festival summer with you, full of handbread power.
