Parmesan and pasta - both things we humans love. 
The dish that you usually only get served as an insider tip at your favourite Italian around the corner is destined for more. That's why we want to make this wonderful dish more accessible with the help of our food truck. We serve homemade pasta covered in fresh Parmesan cheese from our own loaf in various compositions, including truffle and a lemon-basil variant.
As the focus of our dishes is on both freshness and the special taste experience, we only use high-quality and fresh products from selected suppliers.
Since the beginning of 2018, we have been on the road with our food truck at Berlin's hottest weekly and street food markets, as well as at selected festivals throughout Germany, delighting the palates of our guests.
