Special Needs Camp
To make the festival experience as comfortable as possible for our guests with disabilities, we have established the "Special Needs Camp". To use this service, it is necessary to complete our registration form under the "Registration" section. You can bring up to three additional friends with a valid festival pass and REGULAR camping pass to the "Special Needs Camp" alongside your companion. This means a total group size of up to five people is allowed. To charge your medical and electronic aids, there is also a power connection at the "Special Needs Camp". The nearest socket may be somewhat further away, so please bring an outdoor-suitable extension cable (50 m) for this purpose.* Please note that the "Special Needs Camp" is explicitly a voluntary service for our guests with disabilities.
Of course, you are welcome to camp in the regular areas. However, please note that there is only limited disability-accessible sanitary provision and no power connections in these areas. The distances can also be quite long.
*Please note that we only provide electricity (240 volts) up to the distribution point, which may be up to 50 m away from your tent location. Usage is strictly permitted for charging medically necessary devices only. For safety reasons, we must limit the maximum power of each socket to 1,000 watts. The electricity is generated locally and is therefore susceptible to disruptions and voltage fluctuations. We accept no liability for the use of the power source or for any damage to devices caused by voltage fluctuations or outages. We reserve the right to interrupt the power supply temporarily for safety reasons during extreme weather conditions.

Gold & Platinum Lounge
Our Platinum & Gold Lounge extends over two floors, which are connected by a staircase. There is no step-free access.
This area is partially covered with wood chips.
There are no accessible restroom facilities in this area. -
Festival Site
The Highfield takes place outdoors on meadows and fields. The site may be sandy, muddy, or stony in some places.
On the event site (infield), cable bridges are laid in some areas. We endeavour to lay flatter cable bridges on the main paths to make your way more comfortable, but this is not possible everywhere on the site. However, there is usually always an alternative route to avoid cable bridges.
The Beach Stage is located on a sandy beach. There is a paved road from the camping area to the sandy edge of the beach, from where it is about 50 m through the sand directly to the stage.
-
Platforms
In front of the Green and Blue Stages, you will find a platform on the left side of each stage (facing the stage) for wheelchair users and people with dwarfism, allowing for a maximum of one accompanying person. The platform is accessible via a ramp. Access to the platforms is limited to ensure that only those who truly need them can use them. If you require access to the platforms, please indicate this when registering for the Special Needs Camp or contact our service team. Near the platforms, you will also find wheelchair-accessible portable toilets for our Special Needs Camp guests, regardless of the type of disability.
-
Sanitary Facilities
At the "Special Needs Camp" you will find an accessible sanitary station. It features a step-free entrance, a spacious flush toilet, and a low-barrier shower. These low-barrier shower/toilet combinations are equipped with a Euro lock. So remember to bring your Euro key.
At the regular campsites, you will find a wheelchair-accessible mobile toilet at each sanitary camp. On the infield, the wheelchair-accessible mobile toilets are located on the platforms in front of the Green and Blue Stages. These mobile toilets are wheelchair accessible at ground level and slightly larger in size to allow for transfer to/from the wheelchair. -
Medication
You can easily bring your medication with you to the festival. A medical certificate confirming the necessity ensures that you can bring prescription medication onto the festival and event grounds.
Medication that needs to be kept refrigerated can be handed over to the medical staff in the first aid tents. Your medication will be stored safely there for you. -
Light Effects
It is possible that strobe and light effects are used in the shows, which can cause epileptic seizures in some people.
-
Safety
Our security team is here to assist you with advice and support. If for any reason you feel uncomfortable or need help, please feel free to approach our staff, who can be recognised by their red vests. Additionally, paramedics are on site and can assist you at any time. In a medical emergency, call 112 – if you do not have a mobile phone, ask someone else to make the emergency call or speak to a member of the security team. If you feel uncomfortable or overwhelmed, you can also ask our staff for "Panama" at any time or contact our Panama guides directly.
